I. Characteristics

     The device is designed for the fermentation room, and it includes the controller and fermentation device two parts. The fermentation device have the separate heating and humidifying system, which enables the room would be kept at the most ideal condition for fermentation, which is around 35~38 ℃ and relative humidity above 90%.

     The fermentation device is made from high quality stainless steel and is equipped with electric heating system and electric steam generation system. The temperature -resistant and moisture- resistant air fan is equipped to keep circuit of air inside of the room. The whole design can perform stable for quite long time.

     Based on the capacity and fermentation room size, the quantity of controller will be different. And the controllers can be paralleled into one system.
